I have considered purchasing a home in Rotonda West, do you offer property management services?
Yes, an associated business, Elite Home Management is a property management company offering management of vacation rental homes. They use a licensed, insured pool company to clean and service the pool and spa weekly. A licensed and insured lawn company services the lawn weekly. Maid service staff clean between bookings and a team of maintenance men carry out light maintenance on the home. They also check each home weekly when vacant and meet with renters offering them 24 hour emergency assistance and a contact person for any questions they may have regarding the area, directions or anything else we may be able to help with.

Are pets allowed?
In certain circumstances they are, but, please ask first and a higher damages/security deposit may be charged.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check in time is at 4 p.m. and check out time is at 11 a.m., if you would like to check in earlier or leave later, please call Brenda at 941-391-2837.
Is the pool heated?
Some of the pools are solar heated and some are electrically heated. Solar heated pools cannot be 'set' to a certain temperature, so would depend upon how much sun we have during the day as to how warm the pool will get. Electrically heated pools are set to a designated temperature and will retain that temperature throughout the day when the pool equipment is running. There may be an additional fee to electrically heat the pool, please ask.
Can I have the pool heated turned on after my arrival?
This is possible, but, please remember it may not be turned on the day of your request, we will do our best to get to you as soon as possible.
When is my security deposit returned?
Security deposits are returned after you have departed, by mail, and after the management company has made its inspection. Any damage to the property will be repaired and the remaining balance will be refunded within 20 business days.
Is there a BBQ at the house?
Some homes to have propane BBQ's, some have charcoal BBQ's and some do not have any, please ask.
Are there bikes at the house?
Some homes do and some do not, please ask, if not there is a local shop in the phone book which will rent them to you and drop them off to you.
Do you have baby equipment for rent?
Yes, we offer cribs (cots) and high chairs for hire.
